DE LUCA & PARTNERS RENEWS ITS GOVERNANCE: Stefania Raviele appointed Salary Partner

De Luca & Partners, the benchmark in consulting and assistance for national and international companies in labour law, took an important step in its evolution by opening its partnership to new partners, who do not belong to the De Luca family.

The decision is the result of a strategy to make the Firm increasingly competitive, attracting talent and professionally developing in-house figures by enhancing their potential. Despite being a family-owned firm, founded by the lawyer Vincenzo De Luca, in 1976, De Luca & Partners sets growth and governance logics based on merit on a par with cutting-edge international law firms and the most modern consulting companies. This philosophy can be seen in the recent appointment of lawyer Stefania Raviele as the Firm’s new Salary Partner by the shareholders’ meeting.

Stefania Raviele, after experience in other law firms, started working with De Luca & Partners in 2011, becoming a Senior Associate and finally a Managing Associate. Raviele specialises in labour and trade union law, out-of-court and disputes, with a focus on industrial relations and trade union negotiations. She advises domestic and foreign companies on labour and agency relations and offers assistance in extraordinary M&A and private equity transactions, corporate restructuring and reorganisation.

De Luca & Partners Managing Partner Vittorio De Luca said: “We are proud of our decision, which confirms the Firm’s ability, on the strength of its experience, to look to the future not only with its usual determination and passion, but with the proper dynamism to face the new challenges that pose us increasingly complex scenarios. We are preparing to face those same challenges with an open and participatory partnership that we firmly intend to extend, thanks to the commitment and talent of those who contribute and enable us to achieve our market-recognised goals.”

The De Luca & Partners organisation relies on the work and professionalism of more than 50 people. It includes the professional area of HR Capital (www.hrcapital.it), a company active in outsourced personnel management and administration of which the firm partners are founders.
