De Luca & Partners renews its governance: Roberta Padula appointed as the Firm’s new Salary Partner

Milan, 7 July 2025De Luca & Partners – Employment Lawyers announces the appointment of lawyer Roberta Padula as a Salary Partner of the Firm.

Her appointment marks an important step in the Firm’s growth path, as it approaches its 50th anniversary. From the very beginning, De Luca & Partners has embraced modern processes of growth and governance, with merit at the core, in line with leading international law firms.

Having joined De Luca & Partners in 2016, Roberta Padula is an expert in all matters related to employment law and industrial relations. After gaining significant experience in leading Italian law firms, she joined De Luca & Partners, where she most recently held the position of Managing Associate.
She advises Italian and international companies across all industries, with a particular focus on hiring processes, personnel management and both individual and collective dismissals. She has developed extensive experience in handling employment law issues arising in due diligence activities, corporate restructurings and business reorganisations. She also provides support in negotiations with top management and in defining contractual frameworks for senior executives involved in extraordinary transactions.
