Workplace Investigations Masterclass

We are pleased to continue contributing to the international debate on the most relevant issues in employment law.

Our Managing Partner, Vittorio De Luca, will participate as a speaker at the Workplace Investigations Masterclass organized by International Employment Lawyer, which will take place in London on May 14, 2026. The event will bring together legal professionals, HR experts, and representatives of leading international organizations to discuss the key challenges involved in managing internal workplace investigations in corporate environments.

The day will open with the panel discussion “Internal or External? Choosing the Right Approach to Investigations”, dedicated to identifying the most appropriate approach to conducting workplace investigations. Through practical examples, the speakers will examine when it is advisable to manage an investigation internally and when it may be preferable to engage external professionals, exploring issues such as risk management, investigative independence, cross-border implications, and maintaining the trust of employees and stakeholders.

The session will be moderated by Laura Penny of Mishcon de Reya LLP and will feature contributions from Rebecca McAlees of Unilever, Daniel Stilitz KC of 11KBW, Laetitia Leloup of Capstan Avocats, and Vittorio De Luca of De Luca & Partners.

In a context where compliance, governance, and sound investigative procedures are becoming increasingly central to organizations, the event represents an important opportunity for discussion and the exchange of experiences and international best practices.
