Martina mainly deals with corporate compliance, with a particular focus on advising on personal data protection law, occupational health and safety, and the administrative liability of entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as drafting corporate procedures, policies, and regulations.

She supports companies in the preparation and updating of mandatory documentation, in defining internal procedures, and in managing relations with supervisory authorities. She provides advisory services both in the preventive phase and during the management of inspections, internal audits, and sanctioning proceedings, adopting a risk‑prevention‑oriented approach aimed at safeguarding the organization.
