De Luca & Partners celebrates 50 years of excellence in employment law

In 2026, De Luca & Partners marks an extraordinary milestone: its 50th anniversary. For half a century, the Firm has stood alongside businesses, guiding them through the evolution of employment law and industrial relations with an approach that combines legal excellence, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of the changing economic and social landscape.

To celebrate this important anniversary, the Firm hosted a dedicated event in Milan, bringing together clients, international partners, institutional representatives, and leading figures from the business and legal communities. The evening was conceived not only as a celebration of the Firm’s achievements, but also as an opportunity to discuss some of the most significant challenges shaping the future of work.

The discussion, moderated by Andrea Cabrini, Director of Class CNBC and Co-Editor-in-Chief of Milano Finanza, featured insightful contributions from Paolo Magri, Chairman of the ISPI Scientific Committee, and Vittorio De Luca, Managing Partner of De Luca & Partners. Their perspectives provided valuable reflections on the ongoing transformations and future developments in the world of work.

At the heart of the debate were some of the defining issues of our time: the impact of new technologies and artificial intelligence on organizational models and employment relationships, the integration of ESG factors into corporate strategies, and the challenges related to diversity & inclusion and pay transparency, particularly in light of the latest regulatory developments at the European level.

The event served as a meaningful occasion for dialogue and exchange, reaffirming De Luca & Partners’ role as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for businesses, with the ability to interpret the present and anticipate the future.

Below is a video featuring highlights from the evening and the conference, showcasing the most significant moments of the event and the key insights that emerged throughout the discussion.
